Shipping Issues: In the event that your package does not reach its destination, please note that we are not liable once the package is shipped and in the possession of USPS (United States Postal Service). We will provide you with a tracking number for your reference. Any issues regarding delivery, insurance claims, or address changes must be addressed directly with USPS.
